MiTon provides Conference Bridge Equipment in five basic forms:
All Bridges can be supplied with Analogue or E1/T1 Digital Line connectivity or Voice Over IP, or combinations of these,
and can be connected direct to incoming external telephone lines or data networks (e.g. Broadband Internet), or behind a standard PBX (telephone exchange).
Multiple Bridges can be connected together to provide very large conference capabilities and recording
of conferences is a standard feature for all conference Types.
Web-Browser interfaces are also a standard feature. Bridges can be customised to meet the special needs of users.
There is also an option to add a feature to
enable Power-point presentations to be controlled in synchronisation with the audio of the conference.
Bridges are self-contained units, including database and Apache Web server and network connectivity. Up to 120 participants can be connected in a single box. Boxes can be connected together to provide for larger systems.

- Fixed Size Multiple Conferences: - This is the simplest version of our Audio Conference Bridges.
It also includes a full feature PBX with voice mail, music on hold etc. In this type of Conference Bridge configuration,
the bridge simply acts as an audio conference resource to anyone who dials into it.
There is no password entry, or access limits imposed. Pre-determined conference sizes are used.
It can be configured to provide a single fixed conference, or multiple fixed conferences that a user simple dials into without any prior booking.
There is no diary system associated with this type of bridge. So, for example, a 48-line system could be configured to provide 4 fixed conferences of 12 lines each.
Each conference would have a separate Telephone Number associated with it. Users dial in, via the relevant external number, or via an internal
PBX extension number, to automatically join the conference, or even via a Voice Over IP Link. New entrants hear an engaged tone when trying to enter a full conference.
The Bridge can be configured to provide a combination of fixed size Ad-Hoc conferences and variable sized Diary-based booking conferences.

- Simple Non-Booked Dial-In Multiple Conferences + Recording: - This Audio Conferencing System is designed to be operated with the
absolute minimum effort by both conference participants and technical support personnel. It requires no user set-up to pre booking of conferences.
Entry to multiple, simultaneous conferences by Participants is by random or fixed pre-assigned conference codes which are allocated to Authorised Conference Organisers.
Authorised Conference Organisers are allocated a four digit conference code together with a four digit User PIN. To join a conference the Authorised Conference
Organiser dials the Bridge and enters the conference code followed by their User PIN. Other participants dial the Bridge and enter the Authorised Organiser’s
conference code – they can only join the conference if the Authorised Organiser is present, otherwise get “Music on Hold”.

- Simple Booked Dial-In Multiple Conferences + Recording + Open Access for General Use: conferences are pre-booked booked using a very simple Web-Browser-based booking System, which is available to general users who can
book their own conferences. This makes the system self maintaining without the need for administrators or operators.
The booking process, which includes single or recurring bookings options, also generates a confirmation Email to the Booking Person
which confirms automatically generated passwords. To join a conference, users then dial a single pre-defined telephone number and enter a password in response to an interactive voice
response system to join a conference. The same telephone number is used for all conferences - it is the password that determines that the caller gets into the right conference.
This system can be supplied with either fixed or variable conference sizes.
